We first got word of Battlefield Play4Free last November and now, a mere 5 months later, it is open to all comers. The Play4Free team took to their blog earlier today to announce that the game has entered open beta, here’s the official low-down:
We have now moved into Open Beta, which means EVERYONE can get instant access Battlefield Play4Free! It also means that the Closed Beta testing NDA is no longer in effect, you are free to post videos and screenshots, as well as talk about BFP4F wherever you wish on the web!
They are careful to specify that although the game is now open to the public, they are are still in the development process and have “a tonne” of content still in the pipeline.
Head on over to the official site, sign up, and get to killing other battlefielders for free.
