The return of classic car combat game Twisted Metal has been a long time coming. Eat Sleep Play‘s PlayStation 3 reboot is on the way for a Valentine’s Day launch, and series lead David Jaffe has announced that there will be a bonus in the package.

Jaffe took to the PlayStation blog to announce that Twisted Metal will include a download code for the fan-favorite PS2 entry in the series, Twisted Metal: Black. As has become the trend in recent releases, the initial shipment of the game will be branded as “Limited Edition” copies, and these will include the free copy of the 2001 title.
